I came into product through fintech operations and customer experience. That order matters. By the time I was writing requirements, I'd spent years on the receiving end of bad APIs — missing card replacements, locked accounts, members who couldn't see their balance — which makes it hard to treat platform decisions as abstract.
Outside of work I build multi-agent systems. Choicescout, a production content pipeline using Claude and Gemini, is the longest-running of these.
