Led decoupling of legacy APIs serving both customer-facing and agent-facing use cases. Identified which capabilities were safe to expose externally (read-only account data) versus internal-only (account closure, sensitive write actions), then drove versioning and rollout sequencing so internal tools could update independently of external surfaces.

Write APIs Vendor Orchestration

Member-servicing write APIs

Defined product requirements for write-heavy APIs orchestrating member actions — account closures, card issuance, dispute handling, password and lockout resets, document retrieval — across Fiserv, Alkami, Velera, Mastercard, and OSG. Coordinated delivery across onshore, offshore low-code, and external vendor engineering teams. Auth model uses trusted-source IP allowlisting, token-based authentication, and rate limiting as defense in depth.

Internal AI agent, 1,000+ daily questions

Product vision and rollout for an internal AI agent (Pega Knowledge Buddy) handling 1,000+ daily questions from CX agents. Built the business case, made the build-vs-buy recommendation, and drove adoption. Saves roughly 1,200 hours per year.
